Law No. 2025-16 of 27 September 2025 on the Investment Code renews the framework of investment incentives in Senegal.
On 12 May 2026, APIX held an information session on the new Code at CNES headquarters: new incentives, support mechanisms, the investor journey and opportunities for the national private sector.
