Mission
Senegal has an exceptional demographic advantage: half its population is under 25 and almost 75% under 35 (ANSD, RGPH-5). These young people are a tremendous opportunity, and a major challenge for businesses.
The committee works on matching training and jobs, skills needs, vocational training, work-study programmes, social dialogue and youth employability.
